The proposal highlights some noble elements and their character of broad history, integrating them in a contemporary vision of an inclusive, sustainable and pleasant public space that allows and encourages the multiple new uses that have been revealed in the public space.

In this way, it is intended to bring a new dynamism offshore, providing the meeting of generations in a space of pleasant and more sustainable enjoyment.
